Welcome Desk Services
Part of CLASS+ at the CORD, Welcome Desk guides can help you with many areas of student success, including:
- Navigating UAConnect and Blackboard questions
- Answering academic advising appointment questions
- Signing in for appointments throughout the building, including advising, tutoring, writing, and more!
- Troubleshooting concerns
- Navigating campus resources
- Referring to advocates who can meet with you 1-on-1

Connect with an Advocate
CORD Advocates are full-time staff or graduate assistants who can meet with you 1-on-1
to answer academic success questions and help you connect with campus resources.
Advocates are available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Come to the Welcome Desk on the main floor of the CORD to connect.
