Commencement
Graduation ceremonies typically follow the schedule listed below, but be sure to listen for announcements and changes based on your individual college.
Spring Commencement
The spring commencement is held on the second Saturday of May. Spring commencement includes multiple ceremonies, beginning with All-University Commencement. This is the kick-off ceremony where graduate students are individually recognized. This is followed by individual college ceremonies where undergraduate students are recognized. The law school ceremony is generally held on the third Saturday of May.
Fall Commencement
The fall commencement is held on the third Saturday in December. The fall commencement ceremony is a single event for all undergraduate, graduate, and law students who graduated the previous summer or who will graduate in the fall.
