Pronouns: he/him/his
Biology & Biochemistry (Pre-Med) major with minors in Medical Humanities & Psychology
SI Leader since Spring 2022
What do you plan to do when you graduate?
Take a post-vac year doing research in poultry science and neuropsychology (EEG).
After this, I hope to pursue an MD/PhD program in neuroscience.
What is your favorite campus resource?
LIBRARY! They have everything you need.
What is a bucket list thing students should do while here in Fayetteville?
Actually try these local places. I waited until senior year to try out the food scenes,
and I regret not branching out earlier.
What is your favorite thing about working at the SSC?
The students. Getting non-chemistry majors’ perception of chemistry is so helpful
when I am preparing to teach it and allows me to understand it better myself.
What's a fun fact about you?
I am extremely flexible for a old high school football player.
Why do you think SI is important?
I think of SI has the ultimate intermediate between student and professor. This connection
is very important in the courses we support because often the students are just beginning
their college career. Not only do we help the students in the course succeed, but
we help students learn habits to do well in general.
