CORD Employee Spotlight 🌟 meet Zachary Tipton, Graduate Assistant for the Writing Studio! Favorite class you've ever taken & why? "Architecture Lecture has stuck with me over many years since my undergraduate degree. It opened my eyes to the importance of learning outside one's degree plan and the amazing things people are doing around campus." What is your best advice for students? "Get to know your professors! They can be a strong pillar of support as you move through your degree plan and into future positions." What is your favorite spot on campus? "There is a really beautiful garden area behind the agriculture building that is overlooked by most students. It's a very peaceful place to relax and eat lunch." How does your work support students? "My work specifically is to bring awareness of the Writing Studio (and the other great resources in the CORD) to our students." What do you like best about working at the CORD? "I'm so impressed by the dedication each department has towards student success. I'm proud to be a part of this amazing group!" #UARK #SuccessHappensHere #StudentsHelpingStudents
